
Sales and Recruiting Executive
We are looking for energetic, upbeat, and motivated Sales and Recruiting professional to join our fast-paced and growing National team. We are looking for individuals driven by goals, with a high regard for detail, excellent listening and negotiating skills and we are willing to train someone with no experience.
We are looking for candidates with the following skill-set or transferable skills:
- – Interviewing 20 plus candidates per week with the ability to multitask
- – Sourcing and selecting top candidates on different various job boards.
- – Ability to create custom job descriptions and post to various job boards.
- – Excellent communication skills with responsibilities of negotiating salary ranges for contract, contract-hire and direct hire placement terms
- – Strong reading and writing skills required and looking for someone that types a minimum of
- – 50 WPM (Applicants will be tested)
- – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- – Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Our back-office support staff handles all administrative tasks which includes: Onboarding, weekly payroll, ordering background checks/drug screens. This allows our Recruiters to focus on nothing but sourcing and interviewing top candidates in the marketplace.
Experience:
- – Interviewing: 1 year (Preferred)
- – Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- – Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- – Excellent customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- – Bachelor’s or 1 year of relevant experience (Preferred)
Account Executive

- – Interviewing 15 plus client meetings per week with the ability to multitask
- – Cold calling 20 new clients per day.
- – Managing upwards of 50 accounts
- – Sourcing and selecting top candidates on different various job boards.
- – Ability to create custom job descriptions and post to various job boards.
- – Excellent communication skills with responsibilities of negotiating salary ranges for contract, contract-hire and direct hire placement terms
- – Strong reading and writing skills required and looking for someone that types a minimum of
